CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a synthetic peptide classified as a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It functions by stimulating the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland, which can in turn influence muscle growth, recovery, and metabolism.

Unlike the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version, which extends the peptide’s half-life significantly, the no-DAC form has a much shorter half-life.
