Shipping, Delivery, & Tracking

All orders are shipped discreetly & securely through Xpresspost™ Shipping via Canada Post

 
 

 

Currently, we only ship within Canada.

At this time, all orders are online only.

 
 

 

Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it. Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (12:00PM PST). If you order past this time, your order will be shipped out the following day after noon. All packages are shipped via Xpresspost™, which can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer.

It may take up to 24 hours for Canada Post to update their system with the tracking number – If after 48 hours the tracking does not work please do not hesitate to contact hello@purepeptide.st

 
 

 

Orders over $99 are shipped free! There is a $15 flat rate for orders under this amount. If you do not see the “free shipping” option at checkout, double-check the total is above $99 not including the $15 shipping fee. Subtotal must be $99+ after the use of any coupons or discounts.

We ship from Vancouver, BC – If your package is scanned in Richmond, BC the package is on the way.

All of our packages are fully discreet – Shipped in a plain box or mailer with no markings indicating its contents.

Yes, all HGH and peptides ship in lyophilized form and must be reconstituted with Pfizer Bacteriostatic Water prior to use. Bacteriostatic Water is sold separately. Please do not attempt to reconstitute our products with “underground” or off-brand bacteriostatic water.
